Tickets ordered over the phone or online offer these options for ticket delivery:
MAIL
Up to 10 days before an event, Ticket Atlantic sends tickets via Canada Post within Canada and around the world (time providing). The cost for this standard mailing is included in your service charges. Ticket Atlantic aims to mail your tickets out to you within 2 weeks of purchase. Large demand may delay this process or occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order that can delay processing and delivery. If you do not have your tickets within 3 days of the event, please call 451-1221.
PICK UP AT TICKET ATLANTIC BOX OFFICE
To pick up your tickets, visit the Ticket Atlantic Box Office.
For security reasons, only the person whose name is on the credit card used for the purchase is allowed to pick up tickets. The card holder must present the credit card used for the purchase and photo ID.
In the event that the tickets purchased are for an event not being held at the Halifax Metro Centre, the tickets may sometimes also be picked up at the event venue the night of the show. Please inquire when ordering.
PRINT @ HOME
Ticket Atlantic Print @ Home is a new delivery option for select events. The tickets will be emailed to the email address provided (no mail or will call). The customer can then print the bar coded tickets at home, and bring them directly to the gate to be scanned for entry. Click here for more information on Print @ Home.
COURIER
Tickets may be sent by Canada Post Xpresspost or Priority Courier at an additional cost of $10 per order. Courier service is only offered to addresses within Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island. Expect delivery of your tickets in 1-3 business days, depending on the destination.
